TRAINS FAST
Trains Fast is a high intensity metabolic-conditioning program. This is for the everyday athlete that seeks improved cardio-respiratory endurance and amplified fat-burning through an increased metabolism.
TRAINS INTENSE
Trains Intense is an intense powerful fitness program that takes the everyday athlete to the edge by developing endurance, confidence, and resiliency. This is for the individual that seeks challenge, maximized benefit, and improvement to overall fitness.
Quarterly Form Clinics
Quarterly form clinics will introduce basic barbell and bodyweight movements along with demonstration on using the cardio equipment you will find at Fit Studio. Learn excellent form safely and effectively while performing various Fitness techniques - Power Lifting, Gymnastics, Monostructural Movements (Assault Bike, Rower, Etc.) to name a few and even some Olympic Movements (Cleans, Etc.). You will be introduced to both basic barbell as well as bodyweight movements and be shown how to use the amazing equipment at Fit Studio. Each form clinic will cover one weighted movement, one body weight movement and one cardio conditioning movement. The form clinic is open to all levels (athletes - beginners to advanced).
* Spend time improving/learning movements that are utilized in Fit Studio training sessions (Lunges, Kettlebell Swings, Rowers, Gymnastics, etc.)
* 45 minutes of coaching on proper use of equipment and movement patterns
* Learn basic approach, setup and base for the movements used in Fit Studio training sessions
* Learn the process of how to track and improve your skills
* Gain confidence, in relationship to the movements and equipment being used, in YOUR physical ability!
