Our bootcamp classes are a combination of several training techniques. We may use High Intensity Interval Training, which combines various exercise movements in combination with heart-pumping bodyweight movements to change up intensity. We also use Tabata timing workouts, and other workout combinations to keep your muscles moving and growing.

High-intensity interval training, or H.I.I.T. for short, one of several effective training methodologies we use, is a group-fitness solution that can produce results in a short amount of time, build some healthy momentum, and give you energy and encouragement to give back to your family, your work, and your friends.
And here’s the thing, we don’t like being singled out in groups. It is embarrassing. Yuck. We don’t do that either. Our groups are a supportive community filled with encouragement.

Come in and try a session for FREE and get your Inbody, body composition scan. Learn what the scale means beyond just your “weight”.

Then what?
One of our certified personal trainers will complete an InBody scan. That might not sound like much, but you’ll be surprised by how much you’ll learn about your particular body and health. Our trainer will then review this scan with you, make some recommendations, and set you on the path to increased health and fitness!
And each time you come into the studio, our expert staff will be there as encouragement, a guide, and a resource.
But why would we stop there? We check in with you, and our trainers are some of the most amazingly-supportive and caring folks in the business. A certified personal trainer will do another InBody scan every 90-days to reassess and check progress by the numbers. We’ll either give you a sweet high-five or adjust your training plan and still give you a sweet high-five for being awesome.
